Course DIMA Higher Technician
in modelling and digital
prototyping of leather accessories

The course DIMA – Digital Innovation in Manufacturing process for accessories shapes the figure of Technician in modelling and digital prototyping of leather accessories.

The program combines three key skills for luxury businesses, which are committed to post-Covid recovery. Students will develop expertise related to the digitization of process and product (3D modelling, additive manufacturing), craftmanship in the production of fashion accessories, and competences in the optimal management of the production chain (lean ed agile method). This professional figure has a distinctly digital and practical/operational approach: it encompasses both the ability to interface with the representatives of the business chain, understanding the dictates of style, and the operational expertise in the definition and construction of fashion goods. The in-depth training on manufacturing techniques and sustainable innovations allows for the technician’s insertion in quality check phases.
